Drive Flanges

We are now able to offer our own design of heavy duty drive flanges.

Manufactured from upgraded materials (EN24T)to reduce spline wear, zinc coated to resist corrosion and with spin on caps sealed with an "O" ring.

We manufacture three types of these flanges.

859 £90 / pair
This drive flange is to replace the later type of thin flange as fitted to the 300 TDi and TD5 engined vehicles. Replaces FTC859 and RUC105200.

5806 £ 90 / Pair
Our part number "5806" This type is to replace the earlier thicker flange as fitted to the early 90 and 110"s, These replace the Landrover part number FRC5806,

5806M £ 90 / Pair
Our part number "5806/M" If you have a Range rover classic or early Disco 1 you will have the one piece (10 spline) shaft and (think) flange. If you want to fit heavy duty halfshafts to this axle you will need this type of flange which looks just like the "5806" but the bolt hole PCD, bolt hole diameter and the location diameter are all slightly different.
